- Experiment Design: This includes the details of the cell culturing
system including assessment of the phenotypic assays for redox and
cellular
states. This also includes the statistical consideration (e.g. Number of
replicates, power considerations et al.) in the experiment design.
- In Quality Assessment of the data. The high throughput data sets
require assessment and processing of the data prior to data analysis.
- Data analysis and network inference. Development of analytical tools,
and algorithms for network inference.
- Data integration, model building and hypothesis generation.
